Leah Ryan is an advisor practice management consultant at Capital Group, home of the American Funds. Prior to joining Capital Group in 2021, she was responsible for Colorado, New Mexico and Wyoming and was a national speaker for AIG. Before that, she was a public speaker for Jackson National. She has a bachelor’s degree in international business from the University of Georgia.

Matt Robinson is a division manager at Capital Group, home of American Funds. He has 19 years of industry experience and has been with Capital Group for 10 years. Prior to joining Capital, Matt was a regional vice president at Columbia Management. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of South Carolina. He also holds the Certified Financial Planner™ and the Certified Investment Management Analyst® designations. Matt is based in Riverside, Connecticut.

Scott Oeth is a financial planner and investment manager with Cahill Financial Advisors in Minneapolis, Minnesota. His practice specializes in working with executives on equity-based compensation strategies, including stock options, restricted stock, nonqualified deferred compensation, and concentrated stock positions. He holds a bachelor’s degree in corporate finance from Ball State University and a master’s degree in financial services from The American College. Scott is a CFP and ChFC.
